How do I know my size?
Under the "Size Guide" option of each product you will find a sizing chart that represents the Final Garment Measurements.

These measurements will always be slightly more than the Basic Body Measurements in order to achieve the required silhouette and to fit you.
Refer to the guide under "Dimensions" tab to know which size bracket you fall under.

What if I'm between sizes?
If you fall between sizes and don't wish to customize, please go with the larger size or reach out to us to know the exact garment measurements before ordering.

What is the timeline for shipping?
Ready to ship products - Shipped post 24 hours of order receipt.
Masks - Are made to order, shippped within 2-3 days post order receipt.
Corsets - Are made to order, shippped minimum 15 days post order receipt.

What is the timeline for delivery?
All products, once shipped, are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
However, any delays caused in transit are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.
If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us and we will work out the best possible (additional charges may be applicable).

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with the tracking details.

Do you offer COD?
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery option. All orders are pre-paid.

What are the shipping charges?
As of now shipping within India is free.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do!
For international orders please place your orders directly with us and not via the website.
Shipping charges will be conveyed based on country of delivery.
Delivery timeline takes anywhere between 1-3 weeks.
Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or cancellation.
